- Site content - this is the text and images that you are going to feature on your site. It is important to plan what content areas you are going to have early on in your website project. - Shop content - giving the customer enough detail about your products or services is important so that they can actually make a buying decision. You will need to gather information on product name, id, description, price, size, colour etc. according to your goods. Having this information electronically is invaluable to your business and helps you quickly submit your products to online shopping comparison sites and marketplaces.
- Legal content - this simply refers to your terms and conditions, terms of use and privacy policy. These are important legal requirements and often protect you more than the customer.
