Below is a Company Details page. The first thing to notice is that like most solutions it is based on templates - this means that all you have to do is fill in the blanks with the relevant information. I’m sure you will agree this makes it very simple to setup and maintain your shop.

The normal information required for Company Details is: company name, postal address, email address and any phone / fax numbers that you want to display. Once inputted your customers will have access to all the relevant contact information they need.
It is now understood to be a legal requirement under an ammendment to the Companies Act (1985) that you must display key company information on your website and in your business emails. For your website it is only necessary for the information to appear on one page and this may be your Company Details page or, if there are no input fields for the information required on this page, an About Us page.
The information that must be included is:
- The name, geographic address and email address of the service provider.
- If the name of the organisation with which the customer is contracting is different it must also be given.
- If the business is a company, the registered office address must be included.
- If the business is a company, the company's registration number and the country of registration should be given.
- If the business is a member of a trade or professional association, membership details, including any registration number, should be provided.
- If the business has a VAT number, it should be stated – even if the website is not being used for e-commerce transactions.
